Kelly De Jong, FNP-C

Kelly De Jong graduated with a Bachelor of Nursing degree, as well as a Master of Nursing - Family Nurse Practitioner degree. After graduation, she worked in a cardiothoracic surgical unit, critical care and post-anesthesia care. She has been board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners since 2015 and is currently serving as a Spine Nurse Practitioner.

Kelly sees patients for general orthopedic visits at the St. John and Munster locations. She also manages patient’s nonsurgical care including monitoring progress with medication management, physical therapy and epidural injections.

Kelly enjoys spending time with her family, being active, and spending time outdoors. She and her husband Josh have two children, Alivia and Dylan.
